上海海樂船舶工程有限公司,原系中國船舶總公司上海七0八所創(chuàng)辦的“上海利凱科技公司”轉制為
“上海海樂船舶工程有限公司”,是獨立經(jīng)營的股份制公司。公司主要成員均具有三四十年船舶設計實踐經(jīng)驗的高級專業(yè)人員組成，他們曾為國內外設計、監(jiān)造過各種類型船舶，享有良好聲譽。本公司于1993年成立以來已為國內外設計過若干各類型船舶。如：豪華型旅游船、高速艇、貨船、油船、液化氣船、客貨船、集裝箱、電力推進集裝箱及散貨多用途運輸船、電力推進拖網(wǎng)漁船等，均獲得良好成果。我公司還經(jīng)營如下船舶設備：主機遙控監(jiān)測裝置、機艙細水霧中（高）壓裝置、二氧化碳滅火裝置、船用配電設備等。
本公司愿廣泛地為國內外客戶承擔設計等任務，促進船舶事業(yè)的發(fā)展。

SHANGHAI HAILE MARINE ENGINEERING CO.LTD. WAS firstly founded by MARIC（Marine Design and Research Institute of CHINA）in 1993，being named then as SHANG HAI LIKAI SCIENTIFIC & TECHNICAL CO. .NOW it is a joint-venture company under independent management. The main members of HAILE CO are all senior designer, having been designing andsupervising all kinds of ships for more then 30 years and won good fame. Ever since its founding in 1993，HAILE CO has successfully designed and delivered
several types of vessels such as；luxury excursion ship，high-speed craft, cargo ship, oil tanker，
LPG carrier，passenger-cargo ship, container ship, electric propulsion container ship, multi-purpose bulk carriers and electric propulsion trawler for domestic ship owner and for export.
Having won popularity and favorable responses. HAILE CO is willing to provide
more ship design services to ship owners home and abroad.
HAILE CO. was also certified by CCS（China Classification Society）in accordance with the Quality Management system of ISO 9001
