江蘇奕淳武家嘴造船公司下轄南京武家嘴船舶制造有限公司、江蘇奕淳武家嘴船舶重工有限公司兩家造船企業(yè)，主營船舶和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建造。公司實(shí)行總部管理模式，企業(yè)的市場、財(cái)務(wù)、設(shè)計(jì)、基建、人力資源及工會等實(shí)行統(tǒng)一管理，船舶生產(chǎn)分別由八卦洲基地（南京武家嘴船舶制造有限公司）、烏江基地（江蘇奕淳武家嘴船舶重工有限公司）完成。公司現(xiàn)有管理人員360人，具有中、高級技術(shù)職稱的110人。兩個基地已經(jīng)獲得了DNV、LR、GL、BV、ABS、KR、NK、CCS等船級社對工廠及工藝生產(chǎn)等的認(rèn)可，并通過了CCS的ISO9001:2008質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證，并通過了國防科工委“船企生產(chǎn)條件”的評審。

公司于2004年11月注冊成立，位于南京市棲霞區(qū)八卦洲鎮(zhèn)東江村,地處南京長江二橋下游江中島上,，占地面積32萬平方米，岸線1200米?，F(xiàn)有3個萬噸級船臺，1座長180m×寬78m港池式碼頭, 1座400米長岸壁式舾裝碼頭。最大起重能力150噸，年船能力20萬載重噸。主要承建3萬噸級左右的散貨船、集裝箱船、工程船、成品油輪和化學(xué)品船，以及一些非船鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，且自建廠以來已經(jīng)成功交付各類7000噸-20000噸級的集裝箱船、散雜貨船、工程駁船、各種鋼結(jié)構(gòu)等。公司配有生產(chǎn)設(shè)施如數(shù)控切割機(jī)、等離子切割機(jī)、2.5M寬預(yù)處理線、卷板機(jī)、油壓機(jī)、拼板機(jī)、冷彎機(jī)、剪板機(jī)等大型造船設(shè)備，室內(nèi)噴涂車間及各種焊割設(shè)備。

公司于2006年8月注冊成立，位于南京市浦口區(qū)橋林鎮(zhèn)，地處南京長江三橋上游北岸，占地40萬平方米，岸線312米。建有240×78米干船塢一座（可以同時并排建造2艘巴拿馬型船舶）,最大起重能力2X300噸，設(shè)計(jì)年耗鋼10萬噸，年造船能力60萬載重噸。主要承建8萬噸以下散貨船、集裝箱船、工程船、成品油輪和化學(xué)品船。公司配有生產(chǎn)設(shè)施如:數(shù)控切割、等離子切割、4.5M寬預(yù)處理線、12.5M滾板機(jī)、500T×3油壓機(jī)、拼板機(jī)、冷彎機(jī)、剪板機(jī)等大型造船設(shè)備和噴涂設(shè)施及各種焊割設(shè)備。
Nanjing Wujiazui Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Yichun Wujiazui Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. are subsidiary companies of Jiangsu Yichun Wujiazui Shipbuilding Company, whose main business is shipbuilding and steel-structure construction. The company management is group central control of the business, finance, design, capital construction, human resource and labor union. The production is done by Nanjing Wujiazui Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.( the Baguazhou Base ) and Jiangsu Yichun Wujiazui Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. (the Wujiang Base ). Now the employees of the management team is around 360 persons, in which including 110 persons who have senior technical title. Both of the two bases already got the manufacture ability approval by classification society of DNV, LR, GL, BV, ABS, KR, NK, CCS and so on, and got the certification of ISO9001:2008 issued by CCS. In 2009, The Baguazhou base passed the production qualification evaluation for the Grade 2. Type Ⅱ Shipbuilding Enterprises which is evaluated by National Industry Defense Committee.
Nanjing Wujiazui Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (Baguazhou Base)
Baguazhou Base is registered on Nov., 2004, it locates in Dongjiangcun, Baguazhou Town, Qixia District, which is situated in the island of the Yangtse river and the downstream of the 2nd Yangtse bridge of Nanjing. The area of the base is 320,000 square meters with 1,200 meters coastline. At present, there are three handysize shipbuilding berths, one pool-type outfitting wharf with size of 180m×78m and one outffiting quay with 400m length. The max lifting capacity is 150 tons. The design annual production capacity is 200,000DWT. The focus is to build handysize vessels under 30,000dwt, such as bulk carrier, container vessel, engineering ship, tankers, chemical ships and steel structures. In the past, we already delivered various of container vessels, general cargo ships, engineering ships with deadweight from 7,000tons to 20,000tons, as well as some high quality steel structures. The advanced production facilities such as NC cutters, plasma cutters, 2.5m width plate pre-treatment line, mechanical rollers, hydraulic pressers, plate alignment machines, cold bending/shearing machines, blasting and painting rooms and various welding and cutting machines are equipped accordingly.
Jiangsu Yichun Wujiazui Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. (Wujiang Base)
Wujiang Base is registered on August 2006, it locates in Qiaolin Town, Pukou District of Nanjing, which is situated on the north-shore of Yangtse River and the upstream of the 3rd Yangtse Bridge of Nanjing. The area of the base is 400,000 square meters with 312 meters coastline. At present, there is one dry dock with size 240m*78m where two panamax vessels can be built in parallel. The max lifting capacity is 2×300tons. The design annual steel consumption is 100,000 tons and the annual production capability is 600,000dwt. The focus is to build vessels under 80,000dwt, such as bulk carriers, container vessels, engineering ships, oil tankers and chemical ships. The advanced production facilities such as NC cutters, plasma cutters, 4.5m width plate pre-treatment line, 12.5m mechanical roller, hydraulic presser, plate alignment machines, cold bending/shearing machines, blasting and painting facilities and various welding and cutting machines are equipped accordingly.
