As one of the leading companies in its field, Gisan Gemi ＆#304;n＆#351;a San. ve Tic A.＆#350;. provides shipbuilding, repair and maintenance services in world standards for a wide range of ships from dry cargo, to chemical tankers and multi purpose commercial vessels based on years of experience.
After establishment by Mehmet Oyar (Çanak Mehmet) in 1960 in the Golden Horn Region of Istanbul, our company moved to Tuzla Shipyards Region in 1982.
Until today, we have completed 45 new building ships. As of 2007, we have started constructing our second shipyard in Alt＆#305;nova Region of Yalova. Shipbuilding activities are scheduled to commence within 2008 in this second shipyard.
